Secondary Containment
RubberSource carries 100% solids polyurea material used in Geotextile presprayed panels. RS-490 is 100% solids that helps applicator companies reduce installation time versus spraying the fabric in situ. Panels are sprayed at a manufacturing facility which reduces material costs by 30%. QA procedures ensure the correct amount of polyurea is applied at a consistent thickness. The panels are rolled onto cores and wrapped for protection during shipping. Each panel that leaves our facility is identified with a unique number for traceability. Standard panels consist of 6-oz non-woven geotextile fabric with 60 mils of RS-490 polyurea. (approx. 1/16” (1.58mm) 6”-8” (15.24cm- 20.32cm) around the perimeter of each panel is left uncoated for seaming in the field. Monolithic system without any seams.
